Seriously!?

So the game people did a recent update. I lost over 200,000 in game currency, they changed how you read how many tools you have when you click on a character which can cause you to lose those tools. And.......yup crashes unexpectedly and yes...you lose items then too.
Support says it is in no way the game or the engineers. I must have spent my currency or tools unexpectedly.
DO NOT INVEST REAL MONEY IN THIS GAME
