Still deciding

I am enjoying the game so far, EXCEPT that I run out of energy really fast and it takes TOO long for it to refill. I have already spent some money in the game so I could keep playing, but its starting to frustrate me if thats the only way to play. I would much rather play more than once a day for a 15 minute time frame, if I had the energy to do so. It doesnt look like there are easy ways to earn energy for free. If this keeps up, Ill go back to just playing Criminal Minds or other games where I can play for longer periods.
